Eternal Women’s Health welcomed Dr Jan Batt to our team in December 2020, joining us as one of the most experienced gynaecologists in Hobart. Jan has a broad skill set and a passion for general and complex gynaecological issues including colposcopy, prolapse, vulval complaints and menstrual disorders. 

Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which complements our services. She offers office gynaecology services at Eternal Women’s health, and surgical care at Calvary Hospital, Lenah Valley. 

Jan currently lives in an old and cold house in South Hobart with her husband and dogs. Her living children reside in Melbourne and hope to be home soon! Out of necessity Jan is a gardener, but also loves reading crime fiction, walking and gym with her girlfriends, pilates, swimming and a good cup of tea.
